The Challenge
Modern development often means constantly switching between Jira, Git, development tools, code review, and AI assistants. The individual actions are simple. The accumulated context switching is not.
I wanted a development workflow where the developer could stay focused on the work instead of repeatedly navigating between tools to manage the surrounding process.
The Approach
I built a lightweight interface that brings the relevant development work into one focused workflow. Tickets can be progressed through development while the surrounding workflow is handled automatically.
AI is used where reasoning adds value - particularly for coding and code review. Routine workflow operations are automated rather than delegated to an AI assistant.

Engineering Principle
Don't use AI to do what deterministic automation can do. Good engineering is not about making everything autonomous. It is about using the right mechanism for the right job.
AI is valuable where reasoning is required. Automation is valuable where the process is deterministic. The developer remains responsible for engineering decisions.
